９月18日は、友人の誘いでとあるセミナーに参加した。初めての参加なので、集まっている人も皆初対面であった。
最近は、オンラインで参加型のセミナーに参加することが多いので、今回のような基本聞くだけのセミナーは気楽であった。
話の中で、相撲は神事であるという話が興味深かった。張り手の威力は、強い人で300kgあるという。普通の人が食らったら大怪我をするが、力士同士は怪我しないのは、それが神事であるからだという。
相撲は世相を事前に反映しているとも言っていた。ちょっと、注目して見てみようと思った。

On Sep 18 I attended a seminar invited by one of my friends. It was the first time, so it was also the first time meeting with attendees of the seminar.
Recently I attended online seminar where we can actively participate, so it was easygoing to participate in this kind of seminar where we can only listen.
In the seminar, it was very interesting that Sumo is a Shinto ritual. It seems that overhang power of a sumo wrestler is at most 300kg by force. In general, if people are attacked by a sumo wrestler, they will get injured severely. But a sumo wrestler does not get injured while fighting each other. It is because Sumo is a sacred event.
He said that Sumo would mirror the coming future society. From now on I thought that I would pay a lot of attention to watch Grand Sumo Tournament.

セミナーはあまり通じなかった。講演会（壇上でスピーカーが一方的に話すもの）という意味で使っている。
相撲は神事であるというのは、よくわからないといわれた。なので、カッコでくくっている。
