中国つながり
昨日、香港、中国にゆかりのある、前職仲間との飲み会があった。銀行つながりが４名、会計事務所つながりが１名である。
それぞれが、台北、香港、上海、北京のいずれか、あるいは複数の都市で仕事をしてきた。
25年ぶりに会う人もいたので、思い出話が中心だったが、今、何を話したかと思い出そうとすると、あまり思い出せない。
もしかしたら、全員日本人なのに、白酒を２本空けたからかもしれない。
飲んでいるだけで楽しいという感覚であった。あっという間に時間が来て、解散となった。

China connection
Yesterday I went out for drinks with my old friends related to Hog Kong and Mainland China. Four out of five are bank colleagues, and one out of those five is an accounting firm colleague.
Each member worked at either Taibei, HK, Shanghai, or Beijing; or, in two or three cities.
Because there was a person I haven’t met for 25 years, we talked about the good old days. But I haven’t remembered what we talked about even if I try to recall it.
It may be the reason that we drank two bottles of baijiu despite all of us being Japanese.
It was a feeling that I was happy with just drinking. The time seemed to go by so quickly and we separated because of that.
