新しい契約。これは社員研修のお仕事が取れたことです。本読んでスライド作るの大変ですが、これは一つの実のあるチャレンジだと思っています。

A New Engagement

I went to my client, which I conducted accounting advisory services to. Fortunately, I succeeded in a new job from that company. They requested me to do an internal seminar about administration affairs. Although I made a quotation three months ago and that was almost accepted by them, it has not been fixed. This time they formerly made an offer to me.

Official request was 1) twice a year, 2) not simple version but full one.

Discussing with the counterpart, my initial plan was not twice but four times. I itemized 1) Company Law, Governance and Compliance, 2) Accounting 3) Fraud, and 4) Other topics.

As four seminars were compressed into two, I provided revised plan to the client.

Attending the meeting, I realized discussion with them was very important. I was able to know their business in details and their needs. I also knew their expectation.

It was challenging. Because I needed to make many presentation slides by the end of January, which were the 1st draft. So, before attending the meeting, I had gone to Sanseido bookstore located in Jinbocho to check reference books. I ordered almost all of those on Amazon and I bought some of them which were no inventory on Amazon there. (I’m sorry for Sanseido bookstore.)

A New Engagement

I went to my client the one I gave my accounting advice. Fortunately, I succeeded in a new job at that company. They requested me to do an internal seminar about administration affairs. Although I made a quotation three months ago and that was almost accepted by them, it has not been fixed. This time they formerly made an offer to me.

The official request was 1) twice a year, 2) not a simple version instead, a full one.

Whilst I was discussing with the counterpart, my initial plan was not twice but four times. I itemized in 1) Company Law, Governance and Compliance, 2) Accounting 3) Fraud, and 4) Other topics.

As four seminars were compressed into two, I provided a revised plan to the client.

When I attended the meeting, what I discussed with them was very important. I was able to know their business in detail and also their needs. This also included their expectations.

It was challenging. Because I needed to make many presentation slides by the end of January, and those were the 1st draft. So, before attending the meeting, I went to Sanseido bookstore located in Jinbocho to check reference books. I ordered almost all of those on Amazon and I bought some of them which [that] were not available on Amazon. (I’m sorry for Sanseido bookstore.)
