パクチー
パクチーはもともと嫌いだったと思う。あるときから気にならなくなり、最近では美味しいと思うようになった。
新橋のタイ料理屋に友人と行った。タイ語と中国語でネオンが煌々としており、さながらバンコクの屋台にいるようだった。
25年前の話しである。香港にいたとき、嫌いだったトムヤムクンが突如好きになった。湿度99％の蒸し風呂の香港でテニスをして、そのあと一人でタイ料理屋に通うようになった。
嗜好は変わるのだと思う。

Coriander
I didn’t like coriander originally. One time I didn’t mind its smell and taste and recently I liked it.
I went to a Thai restaurant in Shinbashi with my friends. Illuminated by the bright light with Thai and China, it seemed that we went to a food stall in Bangkok.
That was 25years ago. When I stayed in Hong Kong, I suddenly liked Tom yam kung. After playing tennis in Hong Kong where the humidity was 99% and it was like a sauna, I often went to a Thai cuisine alone.
The taste of people will be changing.
