小学校教育
小学校に行って、会計の授業の手伝いをしてきた。小学生は皆、素直で純粋だ。大人と比べてそう思う。幼少期の人格形成に学校が果たしている役割は大きい。
いろんな子がいる。暗算できる子。電卓をすぐ叩ける子。使い方が分からなくて困っている子。何度も計算間違いしてしまう子。
大事なのは、上手く教えるのではなく、一人一人に寄り添うことだと思った。それができたら、子供たちの先生への感謝は、一生消えることはないだろう。

An elementary school education
I went to an elementary school and helped with the accounting lesson. Students are honest and innocent. I thought so compared with adults. The elementary school played a great role in shaping their personalities when they are kids.
There were various kinds of students. One of them was able to calculate by heart, another of them could make good use of a calculator, another didn’t know how to use a calculator at a loss, and another had calculation errors many times.
The important thing is, I think, not to teach well but to show empathy to each student. If the teachers can do that, the gratitude to their teachers will last.
