売りつくしセール
先日、東京ドームで開催された「ふるさと祭り」に、ワインのインポーターが来ていた。
おいしいワインだったので６個入を注文したところ、本日「売りつくしセール」に呼んでいただいた。
ラベルにちょっとした不具合があるだけで、定価で売れないらしい。
結局、相手も思う壺であるが、美味しいと思ったワインを８本買った。これでお客様のもてなし用のワインのストックは盤石となった。

A close-out sale
The other day, we visited the “Rural festival in Japan” in the Tokyo Dome.
I ordered a half dozen of wines because they were tasty at that time. So, we were invited to the “completely sold out festival.”
In case of some small hurts, they couldn’t be sold at a certain listed price.
After all, I was falling into their trap and bought 8 bottles of wine. This opportunity made our wine cellar rock solid from the viewpoint of the Japanese hospitality.
